Aegina town

Aegina port is the main town of the island of Aegina and is a popular seaside place with classical Greek architecture buildings, narrow streets, lovely cafes and shops, and a beautiful port where fishing boats and yachts are.

Here you will find souvenir shops, restaurants that serve local cuisine, bars, and clubs that will keep you entertained during the evenings. Various reasonably priced accommodation facilities include hotels, apartments, and villas. 

Agia Marina

Agia Marina is a coastal village 12 kilometers from Aegina's main port. It is known for having the island's most famous beach. The beach is 650 meters long and has sunbeds and umbrellas. Several restaurants and beach bars can be found on the beach. Hotel and resort accommodations are available in this lovely village.  

Perdika

Perdika is a small fishing village 8 kilometers south of Aegina. It lies on top of a hill and has a great view of the sea and the island of Moni. A picturesque village with narrow roads and traditional houses, it offers a variety of traditional small tavernas and bars. 

The marina in Perdika offers excellent facilities and can host sailing yachts. Marathonas beach is near the village and is a perfect swimming spot. The relaxed atmosphere and natural beauty of Perdika make it a popular tourist destination.

Souvala

Aegina town is 8 kilometers away from Souvala, a small coastal village in the island's northern part. It is the second port on the island, with ferry connections to Piraeus. Close to the village, you will find Souvala beach, which is known for its therapeutic hot and cold springs. 

The village has many tavernas, cafes and shops, and a few hotels and apartments at reasonable prices. There is a Whitebait Festival in July when you can get fresh fish for free and listen to live music.
